The supply of dust filters for the period of 5-10 years. This sourcing event is intended to have:
— 1 frame agreement;
— 1 waiting agreement (wachtkamer overeenkomst).
The waiting agreement will take effect in case the supplier of the frame agreement is not able to meet the obligations of the frame agreement for whatever reasons.
Gasunie organises an information session for all interested parties at their headquarters in Groningen. This site visit is planned at the location where the compressor package is to be realised. During the session Gasunie will set expectations and will provide general information about the scope and more detailed information on the topic of material traceability and the tender procedure. Gasunie encourages applicants to join this session.
The session takes place on Thursday, 12.11.2015 from 14:00-15:00. The address is Concourslaan 17 in Groningen, The Netherlands.
Tenderers who wish to participate in the information session must register by sending a message through Ariba indicating the people attending on behalf of the tenderer. For each tenderer a maximum of 3 persons can take part in the information session. Any questions that may arise will (in each case) be answered via Ariba. ID must be presented at the reception at our headquarters.

— 1 frame agreement;

— 1 waiting agreement (wachtkamerovereenkomst) with the same supplier to whom the frame agreement for the dust filters will be awarded to.

The waiting agreement will take effect in case the supplier of the frame agreement is not able to meet the obligations of the frame agreement for whatever reasons.
