Supply of an additional steam turbine generator set for Eneco Bio Golden Raand CV in Delfzijl in The Netherlands, that is suited to expand live steam of about 90 bar to 35-40 bar via controlled extraction, with remaining steam expanded further to extraction points at mid and low pressure for internal steam consumers, cold end is condensate return preheating. The controlled extracted steam of 35 — 40 bar will be supplied, via an (external) steam export pipeline to neighbouring steam client(s). Whereas the power will be supplied to the electricity grid (10.5 kV). The boiler generates hourly 160 — 190 ton steam of about 90 bara and 520 °C. The steam flow to the turbine is limited till 176 ton/h. Taking into account steam consumption for internal needs, the steam flow to the export steam line is in the range of 120 — 160 ton/h. The steam temperature to the export line shall be controlled at around 300 °C. The works for lot 2 comprises, but is not limited to: — Design and engineering; — Manufacturing of steam turbine & generator set; — Supply and installation of steam turbine & generator set, all components for proper functioning including spare parts;- Turbine control; commissioning, testing and training. — Project, site and interface management — Optional; Spare parts proposal to secure availability — Optional; Long Term Maintenance Agreement Proposal after guarantee period. The following scope is excluded from lot 2; — Interconnecting piping, electrical connection to the grid, cables for control system to existing plant, — Turbine building including civil works.
