Archiving system
In the first quarter of 2017, Eurojust will move offices to newly constructed premises in Statenkwartier, The Hague, Netherlands.
The new building will have a specific area allocated for archiving.
The scope of this procurement procedure is the purchase of:
a tailor-made solution for Eurojust archives;
preventive and corrective maintenance of the installed system;
possibility to make additional purchases and modifications if needs arise;
removal and disposal of existing Eurojust archive furniture.
