Gunningscriteria
Criterium: 1. Technical Evaluation All aspects, criterions and specifications from the User Requirements Specifications are specified in Annex IV, “URS”. The maximum score for the Conformity to the USR is 7.350 points. A total score of < 2.500 points for this section shall cause your Tender to be disqualified. See Annex IV 'URS' (49)
2. Delivery schedule The Tenderer is shall provide a detailed schedule with major milestones including start production, finish production, FAT testing, Shipping and SAT and Qualification. The Tender with the shortest delivery schedule shall be awarded with the maximum Score of 2.650 points (18)
3. Price The lowest price of the Tenders that remain after all disqualification criteria have been applied shall be assessed with the highest score of 5.000 points. For the assessment of the other prices the following formulas shall be used: SCORE PRICE= 5.000 – ((price Tender – price Lowest Tender)/PRICE Tender) * 5.000 (33)
