Offshore representative of the Dutch Government during soil investigations at sea
This tender document contains information about the European tender for an Representative of the Dutch State during soil investigations at the North see at the vessels or site of Contractors executing the works in accordance with the contract (Executors).
If required the Dutch Government will request an Client offshore representative to be present at the vessels or site of the Executor of the geotechnical or geophysical site investigations, in order to monitor if the services/products to be performed/delivered by the Executors are executed respecting the applicable HSE and Quality requirements and within the scope and conditions of the contract. For that reason the Dutch Governments intends to contract 3 parties.
