Construction project Dutch — German Embassy in Rabat (Morocco)
The construction of the Dutch — German Embassy in Rabat (Morocco). The shared premises will be developed on an area of approximately 10 800 m². The new chancellery for the Dutch and German Embassy is approximately 3 600 m² gross floor area, divided over 2 floors. The new premises will partly be used by both embassies regarding some facilities. The office area is mainly based on cellular offices. However, some departments are housed in open plan offices or workplaces. Employee parking will be realised on site. Various general and technical facilities will be housed on the premises, for the purpose of surveillance, maintenance and access.
