Toilet systems for rolling stock including vacuum- and bioreactor system
NedTrain needs a supplier for toilet systems. The supplier is the system integrator and is responsible for the delivery of a toilet system. The toilet system consist of the module, vacuum system, bio reactor system and uniral system (uniral system is only applicable for the universal (PRM) toilet ).
The bio reactor system supplier has already been selected by NedTrain for the VIRM 1 only. The candidate that wins this tender will manage the contract with this already selected bio reactor system supplier.
This implies using all terms and conditions of the agreement. The bio reactor system of the VIRM 2 and 3 will be tendered seperately in the future.
NedTrain intends to conclude an agreement with a supplier for a period of 6 years with an option to extend the agreement for two(2) time two (2) years.
Please note that this European tender does not only apply to the VIRM Project, but is also applicable to any other future refurbishment- and/or upgrade projects.
These other projects are options, which NedTrain may at its discretion call on. These options are not only applicable to the duration of the contract but also to any addenda and/or
extensions of the validity period. Candidates can derive no rights from these options.
