The organisation of language courses at the JRC-IET
The objective of the training is to ensure that learners achieve general linguistic competence covering the following 4 skills: written comprehension, oral comprehension, written expression and oral expression.
The ultimate objective is command of the language chosen by learners to allow them to use it in the context of their professional activity. In order to achieve this, the contractor will, at the Commission's request, train learners up to level B2 of the 'Common European Framework of Reference for Languages' of the Council of Europe.
