This facility will contribute to the dependable and large scale roll out of complex but robust ICT systems in the energy grid and speed up the international learning process as new ground is being covered in smart grid deployment. It is not country specific and should be able to host the variety of smart grid solutions that are being developed internationally. The facility is therefore open to foreign learning experiences and partnerships.
