Precise information on deadline (s) for lodging appeals: If a candidate who has not been selected in the selection process or the awarding of tender, respectively a rejected candidate holds the opinion that the decision taken is contrary to the law or other applicable legal regulations, he shall, no later than 15 calendar days after the notification, of the aforementioned decision has been sent, inform us in writing – stating his reasons- that he shall take recourse to legal remedy. The copy of the writ of summons shall be attached to such notification send to the contracting Authority. The depositions of a claim with / against the contracting Authority shall not cause result in suspension of the tender procedure (unless and until so ordered by the relevant court). The afore mentioned term applicable to objections / a claim on the part of a candidate, shall commence on the day that follows the date of dispatch of the notification in writing to that candidate that he has not been selected. This term ends on the fifteenth day at 5 PM.
