Voorwaarden voor deelname
Geschiktheid om de beroepsactiviteit uit te oefenen:
— Chamber of commerce registration;
— Candidates must be registered on the Contracting Authority's Approved Suppliers List (ASL) or willing to cooperate to become registered prior to contract award;
— Candidates will be required to sign a self-declaration confirming whether do or do not have any of the listed compulsary and optional critaria as part of the pre-qualification process. Candidates should contact the Procurement Section for the self-declaration format;

— Candidates (including subcontracted maintenance organisation) who have been convicted of any of the offences under Article 39(1) of Directive 2009/81/EC are ineligible and will not be selected to bid, unless there are overriding requirements in the general interest (including defence and security factors) for doing so;

Technische en professionele bekwaamheid:
Provide copy of ISO AS9100 (and/or equivalent) certificate (of the maintenance organisation).
Minimumeisen:
The maintenance organisation executing the repair/maintenance must comply with:
— Quality management system: AQAP 2120 (or equivalent) http://nsa.nato.int/nsa/zPublic/ap/AQAP-2120(3)E.pdf;
— Quality management system: ISO AS9100 (and/or equivalent).
Uitvoering van de opdracht
Belangrijkste financieringsvoorwaarden en betalingsregelingen en/of verwijzing naar de relevante bepalingen die daarop van toepassing zijn:
In accordance with the General Conditions for the Performance of Work for the Ministry of Defence (AVWD-1995).
Andere bijzondere voorwaarden:
— Provide AQAP-2070 OEM Maintenance Certificate of Conformance (CoC);
— Provide maintenance in accordance with OEM certified maintenance manuals (alternative maintenance manuals have to be approved by the Contracting Authority prior to contract award). The maintenance organisation is responsible for obtaining the current manuals.
