N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie

The scope for this European tender is the retrofit of UCP's for gasturbine driven gas compression units. The UCP's are situated in the Netherlands on gas compression plants owned by Gasunie. The retrofit covers replacement of the complete UCP and optionally the field instrumentation. The retrofit includes engineering, assembling, FAT, delivery onsite, installation, commissioning, start-up and SAT. Documentation and drawings are part of the scope.
On request of Gasunie the supplier should be able to give full service and support during the lifecycle of the UCP (e.g. preventive and corrective maintenance, lifecycle report, spare parts, newest updates and patches). Depending on the suppliers competences Gasunie will award 1 or 2 contracts. This is further explained in the selection guideline.
Optionally, the scope can be enlarged to UCP's for reciprocating and electrical driven gas compression units. Also supply of a UCP for a complete new gas compression unit maybe a possibility for the future during the contractphase of the frame agreement.
It is expected that 2 UCP retrofit projects at Ommen will be awarded under the frame agreement during this procedure: 3 UCP's Rolls Royce RB211 and 3 UCP's General Electric Frame 5.

The requested information is to be uploaded by the applicant. For the INITIAL registration the platform is accessible via http://gasunie.supplier.ariba.com/ad/register/SSOActions?type=full. The interface is user-friendly and self-explanatory. In case you have any questions when registering, there is a manual available at http://www.gasunie.nl/leveranciers (english: http://www.gasunie.nl/en/suppliers). In case you still experience an issue after reading the manual, you are urged to immediately address the issue to the Gasunie contact as announced in this publication.

The applicant needs to be aware that the provided information will be captured in the Supplier Information System (SIM) and in this phase of the tender will be used as input/selection criteria. The applicant is responsible for self-registration on the Ariba platform. The applicant is always responsible for correct registration and application in the system.

Immediately after your registration you need to inform the Gasunie contact person as stated under I.1 on your registration and interest to participate in the tender stating your organisation's name as well as the tender's title. Based on this information you will be invited to the tender.
