Provision of security and safety advisory services for transition and after-care period in relation to the new premises of Eurojust
Eurojust is planning to relocate its operation to new premises around mid-2016. While the design of security and safety regime at the new premises is under control and more or less completed, the main focus of Eurojust is directed to security and safety matters during the transition period, when Eurojust would operate at 2 locations and when relocation of the operations will have to be planned and organised in a secure and safe manner. Another point of attention is the aftercare activities at both locations, i.e. the current location, which will have to be put in the original state and at the new premises, where the post-move in evaluation will have to be carried out.
Therefore, the scope of this procurement procedure is the provision of security and safety consultancy services during the transition period, when Eurojust will relocate the operation from the current premises to the new building. Consultancy services are also expected to be delivered to Eurojust in relation to aftercare activities at Eurojust's new premises. The required services are the advisory services regarding the security and safety of Eurojust mainly concerning the following activities:
— conducting safety and security risk assessment of the migration process,
— deployment of security and safety systems within the transition period,
— implementation of appropriate security and safety procedures during the transition period,
— planning and carrying out post-transition activities, mainly related to aftercare matters.
