A Frame-mounted fuel gas plant will be provided and will be installed in a separate room within the compressor station.
In principal Gasunie will take gas from the mainline (approx. pressure 70 bar) which Gasunie want to use for the gas turbines on the compressor station. For the gas turbines Gasunie needs a gas pressure of approx. 20 bar and a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. So Gasunie hash to reduce the pressure, needs to heat up the gas, measure the amount of gas and because the equipment in this plant is sensitive Gasunie needs to filter the gas.
The total amount of fuel gas is less than 10.000nm3/hr.
Gasunie want to heat up the fuel gas with a hot water glycol system. The hot water\glycol will be heated up by some small boilers. The fuel gas reduction, measuring, filtering and heating up is also a part of the fuel gas plant.
The scope of this European tender is:
— Engineering, fabrication and the delivery of the fuel gas package as describbed above,
— The fuel gas plant needs to be in accordance whit DVGW G491, DVGW G492,
— The pressure vessels needs to be in accordance which AD 2000 and PED requirements.

— Applicant states he does not comply to the exclusion criteria as stated in art. 7.1a, 7.1b, 7.1c section ii and 7.1c section iii of ARN2006. A self declaration will fulfil the requirement, though Gasunie is at every moment entitled to ask for evidence as stated in art. 7.2 ARN2006. Applicants that are in such a situation may be excluded from the procedure unless art. 45.2 of the BAO applies. BAO is the Dutch implementation of 2004/18/EG, ref. art, 45 sub 1 1st alinea and sub 2. A model statement for this purpose can be obtained at the SIM of the electronic procurement system of Gasunie.

Economische en financiële draagkracht:

In case the applicant is part of a consortium, above information is to be applied for each and every member of the consortium. In this case a description of the fiscal entity is to be supplied, including liabilities of main contractor.

Applicant states that the minimum turnover for the area of subscription was more than EUR 2 000 000 over the most recent financial year.

A financial credit check is part of the selection procedure. In case the financial position does not guarantee enough surety, this can lead to extra guarantees, to be agreed in the final negotiations.

Gasunie will request a guarantee of the mother-company, stating that the holding guarantees all liabilities resulting from a possible agreement.
