The optional requirements for Wardenburg and Rysum will be decided in the course of 2013.
Filter separators
For protection of the compressors at Quarnstedt and metering devices of station Ellund, horizontal gas/liquid filter separators will be installed. According to operator's experience the incoming process gas contains small contents of solids/liquids (<100 l/day). The condensate mainly consists of water saturated glycols, additives from gas production, and small amounts of higher HC condensates.
The intended configuration per project is 2 filter separators with 100 % capacity, though during normal operation all filter separators are on stream. The turndown capability of the filter separators shall be 0 to 100%. The horizontal filter separator shall be a two stage filter. The first stage with a filter/coalescer element and the second stage with a vane package and beneath the separator vessel a – two chamber - condensate collection vessel with a minimum diameter of DN400.
Scope:
- The horizontal filter separator shall be a two stage filter. The first stage with a filter/coalescer elements and the second stage with a stainless steel vane package and beneath the separator vessel a – two chamber - condensate collection vessel with a minimum diameter of DN400.
Proven design, state of the art filter sections shall be provided.
- A two chamber liquid collection vessel beneath the main filter separator vessel, integrated into vessel skirts. Both vessel ends equipped with flanged connection and blind flange with davit.
- Quick opening closure with davit for removal of filter lorry. Quick opening closure shall be equipped with pressure safety device and vent pipe.
- Typical appurtenances like lifting lugs, earthing bosses, on the condensate collection vessel optionally insulation clips (for min 100mm insulation), supports, etc.
- Corrosion protection. In-outside: coating according Gasunie standard to be specified in RFQ.
- Design in accordance with AD 2000.
- All welding activities have to follow AD2000 HP.
- All requireed inspections, non destructive testings, certifications, and documentation.
- Delivery DDP construction site.

Economische en financiële draagkracht:

In case the applicant is part of a consortium, above information is to be applied for each and every member of the consortium. In this case a description of the fiscal entity is to be supplied, including liabilities of main contractor.

Applicant states that the minimum turnover for the area of subscription was more than EUR3.000.000 over the most recent financial year.

A financial credit check is part of the selection procedure. In case the financial position does not guarantee enough surety, this can lead to extra guarantees, to be agreed in the final negotiations.

Gasunie will request a guarantee of the mother-company, stating that the holding guarantees all liabilities resulting from a possible agreement.
