Cost-benefit analysis for the prioritisation of energy efficiency actions in heating and cooling
The goal of the study is to develop methodologies for the 2 CBAs set out in Article 14 of the Energy Efficiency Directive and test them through a number of case studies that capture the diverse European landscape of heating and cooling demand and technological options.
