CBI trainers

CBI (Centrum tot Bevordering van de import uit Ontwikkelingslanden), agentschap van Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken

The Centre for the Promotion of Imports from developing countries (CBI), is an agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands. CBI contributes to the economic development of developing countries by strengthening the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from those countries in the European (EU and EFTA) and other foreign markets.
In this Call for Tender, CBI is looking for trainers to carry out training courses in the field of export management, marketing and promotion. This call is divided in the following five lots:
1. Export Marketing,
2. Online Marketing,
3. Trade Fair Participation,
4. Market Research and Intelligence,
5. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
For each of these lots, CBI is looking for experts, who also have a proven track record of preparing, carrying out and evaluating training courses in that field of expertise.
The purpose of this Call is to select a maximum of five trainers for both lots 1 and 2 (and minimum 3 trainers for each lot) and to select three trainers for each of the lots 3, 4 and 5.
CBI will conclude framework agreements with the awarded Tenderers (trainers). Assignments will then be awarded to the trainers in each lot by mini-competition amongst the awarded trainers in the lot.
The duration of the framework agreements is 2 years and may multiple times be extended with a maximum extension period of 2 years (decisions will be made per lot). Hence, the maximum duration of the framework agreements is four years.
