This Tender Procedure aims at the conclusion of Framework Agreements for the delivery of Capacity Computing and Data Processing equipment, including maintenance.
The suppliers of the e-infrastructure equipment will be contracted to design, deliver, implement and maintain the Capacity Computing & Data Processing equipment. More specifically the suppliers will:
- Design the requested HPC and storage architecture/structure;
- Provide HPC and storage equipment, including related software;
- Install and configure the HPC and storage equipment;
- Be responsible for the maintenance and support of the supplied HPC and storage hardware;
- Be responsible for support on installation, configuration, hardware and software issues to be provided to SURFsara.
