Tasks of the Consultant:
1. To provide technical advice to tax administrations in selected Dutch partner countries, based on requests
received from the relevant tax administration; the technical support can be complementary to advice given
by the Dutch Ministry of Finance in the partner countries and will focus on areas/countries where MinFin
is not able or willing to provide the requested assistance.
2. To participate in identification missions in selected partner countries (on request).
3. To develop training materials for courses in the field of taxation and to deliver the courses (on demand).
4. To arrange and organize training for staff and/or secondments from tax administrations of the partner
countries (either in groups or individual, in-country or overseas).
5. To undertake analytical studies on taxation issues (on request).

There are no requirements with respect to the legal form assumed by a group of tenderers (hereafter referred to as "group"). When two or more companies wish to form a group in order to take part in this tender procedure, each company should fill out and sign the designated form in the tender documents. All companies taking part in the group will be liable for the fulfillment of the contract. Furthermore, the identity of the lead company in de group and the Ministry's contact must be indicated.
