Geschiktheid om de beroepsactiviteit uit te oefenen:

— Trade register / Chamber of Commerce registration;

— Candidates must be registered on the Contracting Authority's Approved Suppliers List (ASL) or willing to cooperate to become registered prior to contract award;

— Candidates will be required to sign a self declaration confirming whether do or do not have any of the listed compulsory and optional critaria as part of the pre-qualification process. Candidates should contact the Procurement Section for the self declaration format;

— Candidates (including subcontracted maintenance organisation) who have been convicted of any of the offences under Article 39(1) of Directive 2009/81/EC are ineligible and will not be selected to bid, unless there are overriding requirements in the general interest (including defence and security factors) for doing so;

— Cadidates who are guilty of any of the offences circumstances or misconduct under Article 39(2) of Directive2009/81/EC may be excluded from being selected to bid at the discretion of the Contracting Authority.

Technische en professionele bekwaamheid: Self declaration.
Minimumeisen:

EASA part 145 approved with the AB412SP in the scope.

Contractor needs to answer or solve, EASA part 21 questions or complaits, or needs to have a possibility to have it done.

Quality Assurance System in accordance with AQAP 2120.
