Vacuum deposition system
Delivery and installation of a vacuum deposition system. The vacuum deposition system is capable of depositing organic, inorganic, and metallic substances by thermal evaporation in high vacuum with high uniformity and controllable layer thickness. The system will be used to manufacture state of the art organic opto-electronic devices such as light-emitting diodes, solar cells, and transistors.
