The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the Republic of South Sudan (hereafter: the Embassy) wishes to recruit a consulting firm which will execute and manage the above-mentioned programme SSADP. The consultant will identify and select participating entrepreneurs, train and coach local BSS (Business Support Services) advisors (who will subsequently be recruited to train and coach South Sudanese entrepreneurs), train banks in small and medium enterprise and farm financing, and manage the credit guarantee fund CCARE” with local banks. The consultant will also ensure expenditure management, financial accounting and reporting to EKN and GoSS.
