— Housing advice and real estate management: logistics, office concept and work space planning, catering concept, long-term housing planning, programme of requirements, etc.,
— financial management advice: building cost advice and management; exploitation cost advice and management,
— maintenance (building and infrastructure) advice and management: technical support, review maintenance contracts, maintenance planning, etc.,
— facility advice and management: office concepts, office design/layout, transition management and removal coordination, facility policy plan, etc.,
— review and evaluation of technical drawings and specifications ('Bestek beoordeling'),
— development of internal operating procedures for facility management and general services,
— post-project/after-care management,
— in the context of the project 'Final premises' advice and expertise related to public procurement: identifying strategic procurement objectives, providing advice in developing and implementing Eurojust's procurement strategy and on measuring results, advising on the procurement planning and sourcing, developing tender specifications, providing expertise in the evaluation process, providing advice related to risk assessment, etc.
