The purpose of this European tender is to conclude 1 frame contract with 1 supplier in the area of:
— Purchase of mobile Gas Pressure Reduction Stations (GOS installations) or comparable gas stations including support, spare parts and after sales services; and/or,
— Rental of mobile Gas Pressure Reduction Stations and related services (such as engineering, commissioning, maintenance and support, spare parts and after sales services).
Mobile Gas Pressure Reduction stations shall be in accordance with the following sizes and capacities:
— 3"/6" mobile GPRS, capacity 8000 nm3/h (at 8 bar),
— 4"/8" mobile GPRS, capacity 20000 nm3/h (at 8 bar),
— 6"/10" mobile GPRS, capacity 32000 nm3/h (at 8 bar).
The mobile GPRS shall consist of all functions that the existing GOS installations provide, such as:
— pressure reduction, typical from 40 to 8 bar(g),
— safety shutoff function(s),
— gas conditioning (heating, filtering),
— providing metering information for operation and fiscal metering purposes.
The mobile GPRS shall be an existing design, suitable for transport by truck without special equipment and/or permissions.

The following criteria for exclusion apply:

Applicant states he does not comply to the exclusion criteria as stated in art. 7.1a, 7.1b, 7.1c section ii and 7.1c section iii of ARN2006. A self declaration will fulfil the requirement, though Gasunie is at every moment entitled to ask for evidence as stated in art. 7.2 ARN2006. Applicants that are in such a situation may be excluded from the procedure unless art. 45.2 of the BAO applies. BAO is the Dutch implementation of 2004/18/EG, ref. art, 45 sub 1 1st alinea and sub 2. A model statement for this purpose can be obtained at the SIM of the electronic procurement system of Gasunie.

Economische en financiële draagkracht:

In case the applicant is part of a consortium, above information is to be applied for each and every member of the consortium. In this case a description of the fiscal entity is to be supplied, including liabilities of main contractor.

Applicant states that the minimum turnover for the area of subscription was more than €2.500.000 over the most recent financial year.

A financial credit check is part of the selection procedure. In case the financial position does not guarantee enough surety, this can lead to extra guarantees, to be agreed in the final negotiations.

Gasunie will request a guarantee of the mother-company, stating that the holding guarantees all liabilities resulting from a possible agreement.
