Managed Internet access services and related technical assistance, support and maintenance
The contract will cover the purchase of managed Internet access services, the hardware equipment required for the solution, the installation of the solution, technical assistance and maintenance, 24/7 support for 3 main service areas: area 1 with 99,5 % availability; area 2 with 99,9 % availability and area 3 with contractor-managed multi-homed Internet access. The bandwidth shall be in the range between 10 Mbps and 500 Mbps, higher speeds could be requested during the contract performance.
