The risk information will not be provided until the selected interested party has signed said statement (see qualification form). The qualification form referred to in III.2 and IV.1 can be obtained at the address stated in I.1 under "Tenders or requests to participate". Tenders can only be submitted by means of said qualification form. Only tenders and requests received on time and in accordance with the requirements of the contracting procedure will be considered.
