For the connection between Gasunie Deutschland network and the Nordeuropรคische Erdgasleitung (NEL) for natural gas a compressor station and two metering - and reducing stations will be built in Germany. The compressor station and one metering stations will be built at Achim and one metering station will be built at Heidenau.
For the metering - and pressure reducing stations we need to put in heat into the gas to prevent condensation of hydro carbons and to keep the pipeline temperature above zero degrees.
The metering station exist of x meter runs executed with fiscal metering, a heat exchanger and flow / pressure control valves. In the heat exchanger the gas will be heated up by the hot water system. The boilers, circulation pumps, expansion vessels etc. will be situated inside a separate building.
The scope of this package is to do the engineering, delivery of the required equipment, construction/installation, pre commissioning and the commissioning of the complete package (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and civil (except the building)). For the moment the plan is to install 12 MW boiler capacity Heidenau and 4 MW at Achim. But these capacities can be changed during the coming months.
The hot water system need at least the following components.
โ welded hot water steel boiler (each boiler capacity between +/- 4 MW),
โ air intake,
โ exhaust system,
โ flue gas heat recovery unit,
โ expansion vessels,
โ circulation pumps,
โ steel structures,
โ valves,
โ piping,
โ insulation,
โ control system.
The boilers have to be designed in accordance to EN 14394/EN 12953. The piping system should be in accordance with DIN 30690-1.
During the engineering the interfaces between the scope limits should be solved with the an engineering company. The meetings will be in English or German language. Also during the construction/commissioning the language will be in English or German.
The required on site date is estimated for Heidenau in Q1 or Q2 2013 and for Achim in Q3 2013.
De termijn voor de ontvangst van de offertes was 2012-06-20. De aanbesteding werd gepubliceerd op 2012-05-14.
