Informatie over termijnen voor beroep:
The Contracting Authority will incorporate a minimum fifteen (15) calendar day standstill period commencing the day the announcement of contract award is communicated to Tenderers. The purpose of the standstill period referred to above is to allow parties to apply to the courts to set aside the award decision before the contract is entered into. In this event, the Tenderer should notify the Contracting Authority and International Tender Services (ITS) B.V. of its intention, in writing and stating full details, within fifteen (15) days of the date stated in the letter of notification, and should enclose the (pro forma) summons. By submitting a Tender, all Tenderers expressly accept this fifteen (15) day limitation. All such disputes are to be placed before the District Court of Amsterdam, having sole jurisdiction in all matters relating to the tender procedure. The commencement of legal proceedings will not result in the suspension of (the remainder of) the tendering procedure.
