It`s network is one of Europe`s largest networks in high pressure gastransport and captures over 15 000 kilometres of pipeline in The Netherlands and Northern-Germany, tens of installations and about 1 300 gasreception stations. Annual throughput of gas is about 125 billion cubic metres. Gasunie applies an e-tool for managing its supply base. In order to access the event`s details and specifications, you first need to register at http://gasunie.supplier.ariba.com/. The interface is user-friendly and self-explanatory. But in case you have any questions when registering, there is a manual available at http://www.gasunie.nl/leveranciers. In case you still experience an issue after reading the manual, you can address the issue to your Gasunie contact. In case you registered before at the mentioned website, please verify your registered information. Parallel to your registration or verification of your registered information, please announce your interest for qualification by sending an email to the Gasunie contact as indicated in this announcement stating: — Your name and company name. — The title of the event you are interested to join. Within 48 hours after the registration/verification AND email, you will receive an invitation (including a link) to join the sourcing event. Please be aware: the person that registers should be authorized to act in an European tender procedure of the company. This authorization also applies to the declarations as are relevant in the selection procedure. Please note that completion of a select number of fields is mandatory for registration. The following information shall be requested for on the electronic procurement system of Gasunie as a minimum. The requested information also must be placed by applicant on this Gasunie platform. In case applicant is a consortium the information requested must be provided in respect of each applicant.

— Applicant is aware that information given in the Supplier Information registration (SIM) phase is used as selection criteria. (Knock out).

SIM phase will also include:

— Exclusion criteria: information and documents that prove that the applicant is not in a situation as set out in art. 45 sub 1 and 3 of the Besluit Aanbestedingen Overheidsopdrachten (hereinafter: BAO) of 16.7.2005 (applicants that are in such a situation may be excluded from the procedure unless art. 45.2 of the BAO is applied) BAO is the Dutch implementation of 2004/18/EG, ref. art, 45 sub 1 1st alinea and sub 2. A model statement for this purpose can be obtained at the SIM of the electronic procurement system of Gasunie,

— Recent extract of the trade register (not older than 3 months) as referred to in art 47.1 of BAO,

Informatie over termijnen voor beroep:

If a candidate who has not been selected in the selection process or the awarding of tender, respectively a rejected candidate holds the opinion that the decision taken is contrary to the law or other applicable legal regulations, he shall, no later than 15 calendar days after the notification, of the aforementioned decision has been sent, inform us in writing – stating his reasons- that he shall take recourse to legal remedy. The copy of the writ of summons shall be attached to such notification send to the contracting Authority. The depositions of a claim with / against the contracting Authority shall not cause result in suspension of the tender procedure (unless and until so ordered by the relevant court). The afore mentioned term applicable to objections / a claim on the part of a candidate, shall commence on the day that follows the date of dispatch of the notification in writing to that candidate that he has not been selected. This term ends on the fifteenth day at 5 PM.
