NedTrain intends, under the framework agreement, the purchase of initially 337 pieces complete corrugated bellows for trains, strictly in accordance with the technical specifications. In addition the supplier is contractually obliged for admission of the corrugated bellows. Installation is excluded of this public tender.
Please note that this European tender and the framework agreement do not only apply to the VIRMm-1 material series (project), but is also applicable to any other future refurbishment- and/or upgrade of other material series. These other material series are options, which NedTrain may, at its descretion, exercise. These options are not only applicable to the normal duration of the contract of two (2) years but also to any addendum/extension for a period of 2 times two (2) years. Candidates can derive no rights from these options.
