Please be aware that an application by e-mail (through procurementsupport@ns.nl) is not sufficient. The application consists of providing all documents that are mentioned in the Prequalification Document. For this tender the ARNS (Aanbestedingsregelement NS, Tender regulations NS) applies. The ARNS can be found as an appendix to the Prequalification Document. For this tender NS uses an e-procurement tool, which contains the Prequalification Document. In order to receive access to this online procurement tool, the Candidate is required to send an e-mail to procurementsupport@ns.nl

Please provide the following information in the e-mail:

— Company name;

— Company contact;

— Address;

— Contact e-mail address;

— Contact phone number.

After receiving this e-mail, NS Procurement support will provide the Candidate with a username and password to gain access to the online procurement tool.

If the Candidate manages to meet all the selection requirements, the Candidate will receive a Request for Proposal (RFP).

Any communication with NS concerning this announcement should be direct solely toward the contact listed in the Prequalification Document or his or her substitute. Any attempts to contact other NS employees may result in the exclusion of the Candidate.
