Applicants that have not provided the requested information / documentation or who not fulfil the selection criteria may be excluded from this tender process. Applicants whom the exclusion criteria apply will further be excluded from this tender procedure.

The maximum number of applicants that will be invited to bid is 5.

If more than 5 applicants meet the exclusion and minimum criteria, the applicants will be ranked on the given criteria.

Gasunie applies an e-tool for managing this event. In order to access the event`s details and specifications, you need to register at http://gasunie.supplier.ariba.com/. The interface is user-friendly and self-explanatory. But in case you have any questions when registering, there is a manual available at http://www.gasunie.nl/_inkoop. In case you still experience an issue after reading the manual, you can address the issue to your Gasunie contact person.

In case you registered before at the mentioned website, please verify your registered information.

Parallel to your registration or verification of your registered information, please announce your interest by sending an email to the Gasunie contactperson as indicated in this announcement stating:

— your name and company name,

— the title of the event you are interested to join.

Within 48 hours after the registration/verification AND email, you will receive an invitation (including a link) to join the sourcing event.

Please be aware: the person that registers should be authorized to act in an European tender procedure of the company. This authorization also applies to the declarations as are relevant in the selection procedure. Please note that completion of a select number of fields is mandatory for registration.

Potential suppliers will be granted access to the e-sourcing system to participate in the procedure. The contact details as submitted in your registration will be applied. Please note that your company`s details will be treated as confidential and only Gasunie employees that are involved in the specific sourcing event will have access. In case you did not receive access information within 48 hours after your registration, please inform Gasunie via procurementsupport@gasunie.nl.
