Uitvoering van de opdracht
Andere bijzondere voorwaarden:
— Qualifying insurers must demonstrate relative experience in the requested insurance services,
— Qualifying insurers must have a credit rating by S&P of at least A- or equivalent from other rating agencies,
— Qualifying insurers must if the insured so elects, cooperate with midterm cancellation of their insurance contract and prorato premium return in case their credit rating falls below A-,
— Qualifying insurers must submit their audited accounts on 2007 and 2008,
— Qualifying insurers must demonstrate their ability and organisation in administration and claimshandling,
— Qualifying insurers must demonstrate their compliance with national implementation of EU directives on Insurance regulation.
All above requirements must be met and if and when BBL Company so requires proof of compliance with the above requirements must be submitted.
Execution is reserved to parties complying with the provisions of the Dutch Wft (Wet Financieel toezicht) or identical national insurance legislation in the domicile of the participating insurer.
