Management of The Netherlands - Burundian Security Sector Development Program 2011-2013 (2013-2015, 2015-2017) FEZ/IM-205/EFV

The tenderer will be required to facilitate the execution of the SSD programma by:
1) ensuring financial management and oversight of the programme;
2) procuring all goods, services and works required for the programme;
3) preparing, facilitating and overseeing all construction projects;
4) monitoring and evaluating the projects.
The purpose of this tender procedure is to select an organization that will execute the management, specifically the financial and administrative management of the SSD programme in Burundi as described in the documents for the period September 2011 - August 2013 and optional to the Ministry over the contigious periods 2013-2015 and 2015-2017. The lenght of the contract is 6 years maximum.
