High Resolution ESI Q-ToF mass spectrometer

The high resolution ESI q-ToF MS instrument should be very robust and easy to operate even for non-expert users to get reliable accurate mass data (in an open access environment). It provides excellent mass accuracy (including isotopic ratio), sensitivity and linear dynamic range. Molecular ion and fragment information can be acquired in a single run for quick compound assignment and confirmation. The system can be calibrated easily and automatically by, for example, lock-spray. The ESI MS system consists of powerful software tools for the determination of molecular structure of synthetic compounds and for protein/peptide sequencing.
