Evaluation of the implementation of the Europol Council Decision and of Europol's activities
Europol wishes to enter into a contract with 1 supplier to procure an evaluation of the implementation of the Europol Council Decision (ECD) and of Europol's activities. The objective of the evaluation is: (i) to assess, in an independent and objective manner the impact of the ECD on Europol's performance; and (ii) to determine the areas where new legal provisions and/or practical operational arrangements would render Europol more effective.
