This activity is part of ESA programme in favor of Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway and Switzerland referred to as "special initiative".

Only companies established in one of these countries will be allowed to bid.

Technische en professionele bekwaamheid:

Potential contractors have to be in possession of a valid facility security clearance certificate to be allowed to bid. This shall be checked at the tender stage.

FSC may be issued by any of the ESA members states competent authorities.
