Voorwaarden voor deelname
Geschiktheid om de beroepsactiviteit uit te oefenen:
Tenderers that are in one or more circumstances described in article 45 Bao will be disqualified. At this stage as evidence that none of the circumstances exists, a declaration signed by an official who is authorised to represent the Tenderer will be sufficient. You are requested to use the declaration enclosed as Annex 4 - declaration regarding article 45 Bao. In case a Tenderer qualifies for being awarded the contract, he shall provide the contracting authority with the necessary evidence, as mentioned in Annex 4, within seven (7) working days upon the contracting authority's first written request thereto. Should the Tenderer fail to do so within the timeframe set, he will still be excluded.

As required by article 47 Bao the Tenderer is requested to prove the enrolment of its company in the national professional or trade register. An extract of enrolment in such register or, failing such, an equivalent document issued by a competent authority in the country of origin has to be submitted. Such extract or document has to be authentic, legally valid and may not be older than six (6) months from the closing date of the Invitation to tender.

Economische en financiële draagkracht:
A Tenderer is entitled to tender together with other economic operators as a group, provided that each participant to such group explicitly states in writing that when awarded the contract he shall be jointly and severally liable and responsible for the proper and entire execution of the contract. Such statement will have to be made on paper with own letterhead and will moreover contain the participant that is nominated as the lead party of the group who is responsible towards the contracting authority, to be substantiated by a Power of Attorney in that respect.

Each participant of the group too has to provide the declaration as per Annex 4, as well as proof of the enrolment of its company in the national professional or trade register, both referred to under Step 2.
Technische en professionele bekwaamheid:
The Product is the delivery of necessary services, assets and support to conduct Basic Trainings in accordance with part 66/147 EASA Basic regulations and thereby extend the existing approval for MAA Part 147 Type Training. It is required that you have experience in delivering similar products in the last 3 years. You are requested to include a list of the principal three deliveries, concerning the delivery of the product, in the past 3 years, with the sums, dates and recipients involved. You are requested to use Annex 5 - Format for reference deliveries. The contracting authority reserves the right to make its own enquiries regarding the provided statement. If the contracting authority is denied access to any such customer, the respective reference will be ignored.
