The Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) supports firefight operations around the Netherlands. The Defense Helicopter Commando (DHC) at Airbase Gilze-Rijen takes care to these operations from April to October with Chinook CH-47D/F and Cougar AS532 helicopters. To perform those firefight operations efficiently the Chinook and Cougar helicopters should be equipped with Fire Buckets (FB).
