2012-10-08TA to the Integrated Water Resources Management Sub-Sector of Rwanda (Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken)
The objective of the contract is to seek a senior, international, resident, technical adviser (TA) for IWRM issues, who will support the Water Department within the RNRA, based in Kigali, Rwanda. The TA will in particular support the Water Department’s management and senior technical staff in the implementation of specific tasks identified in the IWRM Sub-sector’s five year Strategic Plan. The TA will also administer a small water policy fund to assist the Rwanda government in IWRM policy development.
