The Ministry of Defence of the Netherlands on behalf of the Dutch Caribbean Coastguard intends to procure the provision (wet lease) of a number of fixed wing aircraft (air surveillance and SAR) and helicopters (mainly SAR and partly air surveillance) for the Dutch Caribbean Coastguard based on a performance based Agreement.
