The objective is to enter into a Basic Agreement for the provision, supply, repair and return of materials and specified services needed for two (2) KDC-10's and Simulator. The supplier must be able to supply on a 365/24/7 basis, worldwide, consistent with specific timelines. Approximately 95 % of the parts will be standard deliveries shipped to Woensdrecht Air Base, The Netherlands.
